Features such as dimensions, colours and other product-specific data are mentioned so that the Customer can make an informed choice with the maximum amount of information. As the list of features is not exhaustive, EIO invites every Customer to contact its customer service by email at the address: <a href=\"mailto:hello@eio.eco\">hello@eio.eco.<\/a>, for any further information requests.<\/p><p>The photographs and visuals on the website are not contractual and cannot bind the seller to liability.<\/p><p>The availability of each product is shown on its corresponding product page. The stock of products available for sale is updated in real time. However, a delay in stock updates may occur, particularly for the following reasons: page refresh, inventory, technical issue. EIO undertakes to inform the Customer of the unavailability of a product as soon as possible.<\/p><h3><strong>3.1 \u2013 Pre-order products<\/strong><\/h3><p>Some products may be offered for sale as pre-orders. Products offered as pre-orders are identified as such on their product page. These correspond in particular to items currently in production that are not yet available for dispatch at the time of the order.<\/p><p>By confirming a pre-order, the Customer reserves the product(s) concerned prior to their availability. Payment is made in full at the time of ordering.<\/p><p>For the collection <strong>Orizon in recycled acetate<\/strong>, delivery is <strong>estimated from 23 September 2026<\/strong>. This date is provided for guidance only and is subject to change depending on the progress of manufacturing. EIO undertakes to inform the Client as soon as possible in the event of a significant change to this date.<\/p><p>The Customer may request the cancellation of their pre-order as long as it has not been dispatched. In this case, a full refund will be issued using the payment method used for the purchase.<\/p><p>Once the order has been dispatched, the standard return conditions and the statutory right of withdrawal remain applicable, in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p><p>When an order includes both available products and pre-order products, EIO reserves the right to make a single shipment once all items are available, unless stated otherwise or agreed specifically with the Customer.<\/p><h2><strong>Article 4 \u2013 Price<\/strong><\/h2><p>Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included (TTC), including VAT applicable on the day of the order. The prices displayed at the time of the order are the prices applied to the Customer, except for unintentional display or typing errors on the part of EIO. In case of an \u00abobvious\u00bb error, the Customer will be asked to re-enter their order at the correct price.<br \/>Any delivery charges will be specified before order confirmation.<\/p><p>SAS EIO reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of the order.<\/p><p>An invoice will be issued and sent to you upon receipt of your order.<\/p><h2><strong>Article 5 \u2013 Order<\/strong><\/h2><p>The Customer selects the desired Products by adding them to their Basket.<\/p><p>The Customer checks their selection and validates their basket.<\/p><p>The Client completes the registration and\/or identification form, providing the mandatory information.<\/p><p>The Client checks the contents of their order, the price of each item, and the delivery and billing addresses.<\/p><p>The Customer chooses the delivery method.<\/p><p>The Customer chooses the payment method.<\/p><p>Note: At this stage, the Customer has the option to amend or cancel their order.<\/p><p>The Customer validates their order by ticking the box to accept the General Terms and Conditions and by clicking the order validation button.<\/p><p>The Customer validates the secure payment of the order on the payment platform.<\/p><p>An order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.<\/p><p>An indicative email containing the order number and parcel tracking number is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.<\/p><p>Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer no longer has the option to modify or cancel it, <strong>with the exception of pre-orders, which may be cancelled at the Customer's request as long as they have not been dispatched, in accordance with Article 3.1 of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/strong><\/p><p>The Client warrants that they are over 18 years of age and have the necessary rights to mobilise the funds used for payment.<\/p><p>In order to place.<\/p><p>The Customer guarantees the accuracy.<\/p><p>Any incident, particularly a delivery incident, related to erroneous information will be the Client's responsibility.<\/p><p>Any fees generated by the payment method or in connection with the order will be borne by the Customer.<\/p><p>At any time, the Client has the option to log in to their account, modify the information entered, and\/or delete their account.<\/p><p>The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute, non-payment, or insufficient stock.<\/p><p>The Seller also reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order in the event of the failure of one of its suppliers, as well as in the event of force majeure. EIO will notify the customer as soon as it becomes aware of such an event and will refund any sums that have already been paid in relation to the cancelled order or part of an order, within 14 days.<\/p><h2><strong>Article 6 \u2013 Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h2><p>The price is payable immediately upon ordering.<\/p><p>The customer's order will only be taken into account by EIO company upon full payment. Should the price not be paid in full, or should payment be irregular or non-existent, EIO company reserves the right to block the order and, if necessary, delivery.<\/p><p>We accept the following methods of payment:<\/p><ul><li>Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.),<\/li><li>PayPal,<\/li><li>Google Pay<\/li><li>Apple Pay<\/li><\/ul><p>Transactions are secured via an SSL encryption system.<\/p><h2><strong>Article 7 \u2013 Delivery<\/strong><\/h2><p>Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering or to a Drop-off Point.<\/p><p>Although these deadlines are given as an indication, EIO undertakes to do everything possible to ensure that they are met.<\/p><h3><strong>7.1 Delivery Times<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Metropolitan France: 7 working days,<\/li><li>European Union: 10 working days,<\/li><li>Other areas: 15 working days.<\/li><\/ul><p>In case of a delay of over 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a refund.<\/p><p>It is specified that orders placed on the Company's EIO website on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day. The same applies to orders placed on a public holiday.<\/p><h3><strong>7.2 Delivery charges<\/strong><\/h3><p>Indicated at the time of order.<\/p><h3><strong>7.3 Reception<\/strong><\/h3><p>The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any anomalies within 48 hours.<\/p><p>If delivery has been requested at a pickup point, it is the Customer's responsibility to collect their parcel from the pickup point within nine (9) days and to make any reservations and claims that appear justified.<\/p><p>Returned parcel by the delivery service provider under the mention \u00abdoes not live at the indicated address\u00bb (NPAI): no credit notes or refunds will be issued by EIO Company.<\/p><p>Returned parcel marked \u00abunclaimed\u00bb: this refers to parcels that have not been collected by the Customer from the parcel collection point within the specified time limit. After receipt and acceptance of the parcel by our services, a credit note (total order value, minus postage and return costs) will be issued within 48 hours of the parcel being received by the EIO Company. The customer can then re-order.<\/p><h3 class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-section-id=\"79xkzg\" data-start=\"354\" data-end=\"408\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"408\">7.4 \u2013 Delivery &amp; eco-responsible commitments<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"554\">As part of its commitment to more responsible consumption, EIO takes care to limit the environmental impact of its shipments.<\/p><p data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"744\">Our products are shipped in recycled or recyclable packaging, selected to reduce waste while ensuring optimal protection of the glasses during transit.<\/p><p data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"1003\">We are also optimising order preparation and consolidation to limit unnecessary transport and reduce the carbon footprint associated with delivery. We are promoting pick-up point delivery solutions by making them free of charge.<\/p><p data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1284\">By choosing EIO, the Customer supports a brand committed to local manufacturing, with eyewear made in France from recycled materials, while also favouring more environmentally friendly logistics.<\/p><h2><strong>Article 8 \u2013 After-sales service<\/strong><\/h2><ol><li><h3><strong>Legal &amp; Commercial Warranty<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Statutory warranty<\/strong>\u00a0In accordance with French law, our frames are guaranteed\u00a0<strong>2 years<\/strong>\u00a0(from the date of delivery of the goods) against any manufacturing defects.<\/li><li><strong>Commercial warranty<\/strong>\u00a0Brand engagement<ul><li><strong>Frames<\/strong>\u00a0: free replacement or repair in the\u00a0<strong>24 months<\/strong>\u00a0in the event of a defect relating to materials or assembly.<\/li><li><strong>Glasses<\/strong>\u00a01-year warranty against any manufacturing defect<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>However, the commercial warranty does not cover damage related to misuse (e.g. drops, excessive twisting, prolonged exposure to high heat, etc.).<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><h3><strong>Quality &amp; Sustainability Engagement<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Our glasses are designed using recycled and sustainable materials.<\/li><li>In case of breakage due to normal wear and tear, we offer a\u00a0<strong>repair service<\/strong>\u00a0rather than systematic replacement, in order to extend the product's lifespan.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"3\"><li><h3><strong>Repairs &amp; Spare Parts<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>We provide\u00a0<strong>availability of spare parts for your frames (excluding lenses) from the same collection for 3 years<\/strong>\u00a0(ramifications, faces, vis, hinges).<\/li><li>Repairs are carried out in France at our workshop in the H\u00e9rault department.<\/li><li>To encourage a circular economy, a preferential rate is applied to repairs carried out outside the warranty period.<\/li><\/ul><p>Types of repairs offered: *lenses not covered<\/p><ul><li>Change of subject area<\/li><li>Face replacement<\/li><li>Hinge repair<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><h3><strong>Take-back and recycling programme<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>If your glasses are beyond repair or have reached the end of their useful life, we offer a\u00a0<strong>buy-back programme<\/strong>\u00a0:<ul><li>Please return your old frames to us.<\/li><li>In return, you\u2019ll receive a discount voucher worth 10% on all our products.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><h3><strong>Timeframe &amp; coverage<\/strong><\/h3><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>After-sales service processing times<\/strong>\u00a0: 5 to 10 working days after receipt of the product.<\/li><li><strong>After-sales service procedure\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/li><\/ul><ol><li><strong>Contact us<\/strong>\u00a0by email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sav@eio.eco\">sav@eio.eco<\/a><\/li><li>Please provide a\u00a0<strong>proof of purchase<\/strong>\u00a0(invoice or receipt).<\/li><li>Please describe the problem and, if possible, attach some\u00a0<strong>photographs<\/strong>\u00a0to aid diagnosis.<\/li><li>We will send you a\u00a0<strong>prepaid return label<\/strong>\u00a0if the problem is covered by the warranty.
